What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

Artwhirl ships via USPS only offering:

Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, First Class International, Priority Mail International and Priority Mail International Express.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing your order will take 3-5 business days (or sooner) from your purchase date. U.S. Domestic orders take anywhere from 5-10 business days (which includes processing time) to arrive. Once your order has been processed and packaged you will receive an email with an automated tracking number. That number will be updated once USPS picks your order up from us. *Please note that artworks committed to a show will only ship after the show, as a courtesy to our artists. If your purchase is a pre-show or mid-show sale your piece will be available for pick-up/ shipping within 7 business days after the completion of the event/ show. 


I chose "Priority 2-Day Shipping" does that mean I'll get my order the day after tomorrow?

Priority 2-Day Shipping means that it should take two business days for the USPS to deliver your order to you after they pick it up from us. In our experience, an order typically takes 5-10 business days from the time the order is placed with us to when it's delivered.


My order is a gift and I need it right away, can you help?

If you're in a rush to get your order, just send us an email at with the subject as "Rush Shipping Request" and we'll do whatever we can to help!


How long do International orders take?

International orders that are shipped via USPS First Class mail can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks before they are delivered to their destination. If you choose USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express during checkout then your item will arrive sooner.


How much does it cost to ship Internationally?

Every international order is different and depends on the shipping method you choose. Our online shop will automatically calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process, before you finalize the payment. (Flat rate shipping may be offered.)  


What do I do if my shipping address is incorrect?

If we haven't shipped you order out already, then its no problem! Send us an email at and we'll help!


Do you offer local pickups for online orders?

We are unable offer local pick up options for online orders at this time. All online orders are shipped out regardless of location. Thanks for your understanding!
